Along with them telling their house was built in Nov 2000 and was finsihed in Aug 2001 they also told me they turned this web page over to Jim Walters and their lawyers and they said I was a fraud. that Jim Walters said they finished my home and they were going to sue me! Jim Walters also showed This person my contract, paper work and pictures that they had taken of my home!....I don't really see how Jim walters can show any one my contract or any paper work that we signed on this home and as far as pictures they never took any..... Oh and this is the part I liked best.....I didn't pay Jim Walters the money I owe them.....hmmmm this is even funnier....I have their payment taken straight out of my checking account...and I have never been late on one single payment...even when Jim walters took the money out early...example: instead of the 5th of the month when it is suppose to be taken out and they take it out on the 3rd...money was always there for them to take it out early..I do have PROOF of this. I WILL POST this e-mail as soon as I get their written statement....I PROMISE THIS So I guess we are all liars that have had trouble with Jim Walters.....
